We understand the need for these pieces of work to be completed to a high standard due to some of the difficult decisions that may need to be made in terms of HR issues. 

Costings are gone through prior to work commencing and regular updates provided to you to ensure that expensive financial commitments are kept to reasonable levels where possible.
